With a thickness of  6mm, Niyamas Pro Deva provides maximum comfort for the knees, elbows and hips. Good for all types of Yoga, ideal for yoga teachers and Ashtanga Practice, Vinyasa or Power Yoga.

Deva Mat is machine washable (40°C) and super easy to clean with a cloth and a mild cleaner liquid. For your regular mat care and cleaning, we recommend wiping your yoga mat with water and a soft cloth once per week. If you want your mat to last for a lifetime you recommend to clean your yoga mat with a homemade mixture of organic detergent and water, at least one time per month.
